We are thankful our team embraced the challenges of 2020 and helped 325 clients with a life transition during such a pandemic. We averaged almost one person or family per day whose life we influenced in a positive and meaningful way. The people who cross our path, along with the enrichment we give and receive, are what makes us love what we do.
Path & Post team sales were up 48% year-over-year, with almost $100 Million in sales volume in 2020.

We have always known that people move when something important is happening in their life. It can be a happy or sad time. In 2020, we saw our role as a trusted guide along that path to be more meaningful and important than any year in the past.
We helped clients hurting from job losses or deaths in their family due to the pandemic. We helped families who decided multi-generational living would best fit their family to avoid isolation. Other clients celebrated new marriages or unions, births or adoptions, a job promotion or successful startup, and they wanted to find the right home for their next chapter in life.
One thing we saw consistently in 2020, is more people did soul searching as the pandemic raged on, and made decisions to buy a ‘destination’ home. The desire to make memories and feel like they were on a vacation, in a safe place at home drove many buying decisions. That led to strong sales for north Atlanta and north Georgia including homes with pools, homes on land, horse farms, homes with lake frontage, and homes with mountain views.
