Giving Tuesday 2020

Paying it Forward in 2020

At Path & Post we love living local and celebrating what makes our community special. For eight years, we have participated in a worldwide movement called Giving Tuesday to give back to our community.

Each year we brainstorm how we can best make a difference during the Season of Giving. 2020 has created a year of challenges for many people, especially those who work in the hospitality industry, working almost entirely for tips as servers in local restaurants and bars.  This year, we are paying it forward by tipping our servers generously, and we welcome others who are able to join us in this effort.

Thanks For Serving Our Community

Path & Post will contribute up to $3000 for this year’s Giving Tuesday for our team members to give an additional $50 tip on top of their standard server tips. After Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and Cyber Monday, join us to celebrate the most hidden of branded days, but also the most meaningful – Giving Tuesday.

You can choose to support local servers in our community like us or you can give back based on what matters most to you. GivingTuesday.org is a global giving movement that benefits people and charities of all kinds across the world.

GivingTuesday is a global generosity movement unleashing the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and the world.

GivingTuesday was created in 2012 as a simple idea: a day that encourages people to do good. Over the past seven years, it has grown into a global movement that inspires hundreds of millions of people to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity.

Values Shape Behavior

At Path & Post, we believe the truest form of communication is behavior. It’s not what you say, it’s what you do in life that matters most. We also believe strongly that values shape behavior. Giving Tuesday gives us a chance to live our values with action, which is why this is our favorite time of year.

Join us in our 8th annual Season of Giving to show our community that we are stronger together!
