We believe buyers and sellers each deserve independent representation, someone dedicated to protecting their best interests while mitigating risks. Dual Agency is one of the biggest risks consumers face when buying or selling real estate. That’s when the same agent represents both a buyer client and a seller client in the same transaction. Dual agency is not in the best interests of consumers. Therefore, Path & Post does not allow dual agency.
We also believe brokers & agents should earn fair compensation that is transparent to the consumer. Our services & fees are always explained up front with flexible pricing based on the opportunity & situation.
