The Path & Post Real Estate Team was named one of America’s best real estate teams based on sales volume, as a part of the 2017 REAL Trends America’s Best Real Estate Agents, according to the newly issued ranking report released today by REAL Trends.
Path & Post ranked number one in Cherokee County and was the only team or agent ranking in the top 20 in Georgia whose headquarters is in Cherokee County. Path & Post is locally owned and operated by business partners Becky Babcock and Brad Nix.

REAL Trends America’s Best Real Estate Agents ranks over 12,600 residential real estate professionals solely based on their excellence in real estate sales during calendar year 2016. Teams ranked in America’s Best Real Estate Agents had an average of 144 sides and an average sales volume of almost $61 million. This ensures that only the best of the best are included on the prestigious list.
