Path & Post Helps Southeast Restoration Make Permanent Home Off Sixes Road

Path & Post Real Estate’s Commercial Division represented Southeast Restoration in the purchase of the Canton property where the company has been operating its Cherokee County headquarters for 4 years.

Path & Post Real Estate COO and Co-Owner Brad Nix said the company’s location off Sixes Road offers great access to I-575 and Highway 5, providing their employees freedom to get where they need to be in an efficient manner. Nix and Path & Post Commercial Director Mike Pennington represented Southeast Restoration in the deal.

“This gives them the confidence to grow in place, while still gaining the benefits of a centrally located headquarters,” Pennington said. “Southeast Restoration has been a leader in the community for years and they’ve done it with a heart for service. It’s only fitting they invested again to own this landmark property in the heart of the county.”

Southeast Restoration is a company that specializes in commercial and residential fire, water, storm, and mold damage restoration, including emergency services, structural repairs, and construction.

CEO Ben Looper has been leading Southeast Restoration for 18 years and had this to say about the purchase.

“We’re excited to invest in this location as it provides quick access to service the community, and a convenient location for our team to have a better work-life balance,” Looper said.
