Which brings me to today, so much has changed. Our Path & Post team is now the size of many brokerages in the country, with 280 units sold and $1.86 million in revenue. Our unique team model has revolutionized the client experience. Our system of service aligns agent and client goals in ways never done before in the real estate industry. We are excited to invest further in our team and clients.
The next step on our path is to take our top team and create the first Team Brokerage in Northwest Atlanta. It’s not an easy decision and not one I take lightly. My core values of respect, unity, and the golden rule are real and I value our relationship as business partners and friends. I have truly loved being a part of your company and part of ERA, and I have the utmost respect and admiration for you, your staff and your family.
We take this new path as a Team Brokerage to create more freedom for our unique business model and more opportunities for our team members and clients alike. We believe it is critical for companies to be as creative and nimble as possible to adapt and thrive in the changing world of consumer expectations.
