Getting access to Lake Arrowhead
Buyers must be accompanied by a REALTOR® or get a guest pass from a homeowner to get inside the gated community. Real Estate Agents may get a one day “Realtor Pass” by showing their business card and photo ID.
Maps are available at the gate and highly recommended, so be sure and ask for one! It is easy to get lost in this 8000 acre mountain wilderness! Additionally, the lack of “for sale” signs on most properties since signs are prohibited in almost all sections of the community makes it challenging for buyers and agents to find properties for sale, especially without a map.
