Lake Arrowhead New Construction
Expansion of Cherokee County’s esteemed Lake Arrowhead community continues as Majestic Lifestyle Builders, a homebuilder subsidiary of Johnson Development, pushes forward this month with 4 new homes along Arrowridge Dr. Also slated to begin mid-March is a 29-lot waterfront community called Sanctuary Cove; lakeside living at it’s finest with individual home sites including deep-water docks. Lake Arrowhead Community Improvements
In addition to new homes and neighbors, 2016 will also bring the Lake Arrowhead community improvements to an existing amenity, Great Festival Park, as well as the addition of a new Lake Side Park. Great Festival will receive a new exercise station featuring six different pieces of equipment, with potentially more equipment to be added in the future. The newly approved Lake Side Park is scheduled to open Memorial Day, giving residents direct lake access for picnics, hiking and swimming.
