Kim Carr, Trailblazer

Path & Post showcases Trailblazers who make a difference in the communities we serve. Whether it’s client service excellence, community involvement, or the demonstration of our core RUG values, Trailblazers lead the way forward! Please share this post to help us celebrate the Trailblazer of the Month, Kim Carr!

Who is your role model or person you admire the most?

My Mother

What is your favorite local restaurant?

Pure Taqueria in downtown Woodstock.

What is your favorite way to unwind/have fun?

Rollerblading — definitely my happy place.

What is your favorite thing about the local community?

I love the new walking/skating trail at the park. I also love The Mill on Etowah in Canton and how it’s coming together. It will be totally amazing when the trails and The Mill come together for Cherokee County residents, a union that, as I understand, is coming soon!

What is something interesting that most people don’t know about you?

I grew up in Key West. (This is always a shocker to people when it comes up in conversation and most people are like, “Wow, really like in Key West? Do they have their own high school?” And my response is always, “Yes, really in Key West, and yes, they do!”)

What 3 words come to mind when you think of the word HOME?

Family, Love, PJs. 🙂

PATH or POST?

Post, because I feel like as a Seller Specialist, I am more of a Post to lean on, providing support through the process to a successful closing. Each client has a unique situation: some are happy situations and some may be more of a hardship for them, and I just love being there to show them we can do this together and I am here for them every step of the way.
