Built on over 600 acres formerly owned and farmed by the Bradshaw family, the classic Chatham-Cousins development incorporated the farmland roots of the property into the overall design.
The original grain silos were retained providing a nostalgic, pastoral view. The farm-style clubhouse furthers the family farm motif. The two silos overlook the clubhouse and junior Olympic pool.
