The Brenda W. Casserly Memorial award is ERA Real Estate’s highest honor for a sales associate, presented annually to the company’s top all-around agent. Becky Babcock, founder of the Path & Post team, received the award from ERA’s President & CEO, Charlie Young, at the ERA International Business Conference in Los Angeles.
Babcock had just won the Jim Jackson Memorial Award for being the top agent in the U.S. for customer satisfaction based on actual client surveys after closing. When asked about receiving the Top Two Awards available to an associate at ERA, Becky replied,
“at the end of the day, how well we do in the eyes of our clients is what matters most in this business.”
